Prior to Novitious, Gary spent greater than 17 years as the VP of Business Development at Bausch + Lomb where he provided M&A, licensing and divestiture support to the ophthalmic pharmaceutical, contact lens and sports optics businesses.

Gary has extensive experience in deal-making and creating successful partnerships as well as marketing and strategic planning.

During Gary’s 23 years of deal experience, he completed over 60 US and cross-border transactions in both the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors (public and private) with an aggregate transaction value in excess of US $2 billion.
